This policy explains what personal information Game On Solutions Ltd ("Game On Solutions", "we") collects, why, and what we do with it. It covers this website (gameonsolutions.uk) and the software we build and run for our own business and for clients, including AdForge, our advertising tool.

This website
We don't use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts on this site.
The contact form doesn't send anything to us directly. When you press "Send message", it opens your own email app with your message filled in, and nothing is sent until you send that email yourself. When you do, we receive your name, email address and whatever you've written. We use it to reply to you and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We keep enquiry emails for up to two years unless you become a client, in which case we keep them for as long as we work together and for six years afterwards for our accounting and legal records.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
AdForge and Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
AdForge is software we use to create adverts and set up campaigns on Meta's platforms for Game On Solutions and for clients who have authorised us. It connects to Meta through Meta's Marketing API, using only the ad accounts and Pages that the business owner has given us access to.
AdForge:
- reads public product web pages that we or our clients choose, to write ad copy
- creates ad images, videos and text, and stores them on our own servers
- creates campaigns in our or our clients' Meta ad accounts, always paused until a person reviews and switches them on
- reads campaign performance figures so we can report on them
AdForge doesn't log anyone into Facebook, doesn't collect information about people who see or click on the ads, and doesn't access anyone's personal Facebook profile, messages or friends. Any audience targeting uses Meta's own tools, and Meta's privacy policy covers how Meta handles that data.
Deleting AdForge data
To ask us to delete anything AdForge holds that relates to you or your business, email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion". We'll confirm once it's done, usually within 30 days. A business can also remove our access at any time in its Meta Business Settings.
Who we share data with
We don't sell your data. We only share it with the services we need to run our business: our email provider, our hosting providers (Cloudflare and Railway), Meta (for adverts you've asked us to run), and the AI services AdForge uses to write copy and produce images, video and voiceovers (Anthropic, Replicate and ElevenLabs). These services only receive what's needed for the job.
Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where data leaves the UK, we rely on the safeguards UK data protection law requires, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email [email protected].
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
